What stainless steel grades do you use?
304 for most interior applications. 316 for exterior, coastal, and marine environments. Both grades resist corrosion, maintain their finish, and last decades with minimal maintenance.
What finishes are available?
20+ options: brushed (No.4 hairline), mirror (8K), bead blast, satin, vibration, etching, and PVD colors including rose gold, champagne gold, black titanium, bronze, blue, green, and wine red. Combination finishes available.
PVD bonds color at a molecular level — it's not paint. Our PVD passes 200+ hour salt spray testing. Interior applications will look the same in 20 years.
Can I use my own pattern design?
Absolutely. Send us a sketch, a CAD file (DWG/DXF/AI), a photograph, or even a description. Our design team will engineer it for laser cutting and send you a production drawing for approval.
Simple adaptations of existing patterns: free. Fully custom designs requiring new engineering: a small design fee that's credited back to your production order.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard patterns: 30 sqm. Custom patterns: 50 sqm. Sample orders: as low as 1–2 pieces for quality evaluation.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your project details via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Include the application, preferred material/finish, approximate dimensions, and quantity. We respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote including material specs, finish options, and production timeline.
What's the typical price range?
USD $80–$300 per sqm FOB Foshan, depending on material grade (304 vs 316), surface finish (brushed is less than PVD), pattern complexity (dense patterns take more cutting time), and quantity (larger orders = better unit price). We provide detailed pricing breakdowns with every quote.
How long does production take?
Standard orders: 15–20 working days. Custom PVD finishes: 25–35 working days. Samples: 7–12 working days. We confirm the timeline with every order and provide progress updates throughout production.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 30+ countries via sea freight (FCL and LCL) and air freight for urgent orders. FOB Foshan or CIF to your port — your choice. EPE foam between panels, PE film surface protection, packed in reinforced plywood crates. Every panel arrives the way it left our QC station.
