Do you provide shop drawings?
Yes. Once the deposit is made, our engineers will produce detailed CAD shop drawings for your final approval. We flag potential structural issues before cutting.
Can I get a physical sample?
Yes. We offer free 10x10cm material/finish samples (customer pays shipping). For custom patterns, we can produce a full-size mock-up panel.
How do you handle shipping damage?
We use reinforced IPPC plywood crates with internal foam cushioning. It is extremely rare, but if damage occurs, our insurance covers immediate replacement.
